Clear Orthodontics is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team at our Caroline Springs clinic.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an OHT who enjoys both clinical care and patient education. You will work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to support patients throughout their orthodontic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oral health assessments and hygiene appointments

• Provide preventative oral health treatments and education

• Perform periodontal assessments and maintenance

• Deliver oral hygiene instruction tailored to orthodontic patients

• Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Maintain accurate clinical records

• Work collaboratively with orthodontists and support staff

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every appointment

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent qualification

• Current AHPRA registration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for patient care and education

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Professional, reliable and organised

Desired

• Experience working with orthodontic patients

• Knowledge of orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene management

• Experience using orthodontic software systems
