Duty Manager (x2) — Premium Bondi Restaurant

About the role

The Hideaway Bondi is hiring two Duty Managers to support the General Manager and lead the FOH team in delivering genuine, memorable guest experiences every shift.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant

• Lead the floor team to deliver exceptional service

• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across all shifts

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

• Maintain compliance with food safety, RSA and WHS requirements

• Foster a positive team culture

About you

• Full Australian working rights

• 1-2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within premium hospitality

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Current NSW RSA Certificate

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Sound understanding of hospitality compliance and WHS obligations
