About the role

Moylan Care Group are looking for experienced Support Workers in the South West Sydney and Wollondilly areas. We are seeking staff who are willing to travel and cover shifts across all areas.
Moylan Care Group is a boutique NDIS and Aged Care provider. We provide 1:1 support for clients in their own home. Our focus is to work alongside our clients to assist them to achieve their personal goals and to live their best life.
This position is Casual. There are a variety of shifts available for the right candidates. To be the right candidate you must have full availability across several days of the week including weekends and be willing to travel. There are also evening shifts available.
Moylan Care Group offers:
• High pay rates.
• Friendly and Supportive team environment with a caring management team, Registered Nurse support and an Occupational Therapist.
You will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:
• Supporting clients with personal care
• Complex care routines for high support clients, including use of lifters/hoists, peg feeding, catheter care, skin integrity checks, medication etc
• Implementing rehabilitation programs under the guidance of allied health therapists
• Various household tasks including menu planning, cooking, cleaning, shopping and other activities of daily living
• Transporting clients in your own vehicle to appointments and around the community
• Support with socialising and maintaining social networks.
Attendance at Annual Training is required
We are seeking people with the following:
• Experience as a community disability support worker and with provision of high care support
• Certificate III in Community, Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
• Excellent reliability and communication skills
• Current NSW driver’s licence and reliable car
• Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Clearance and a NDIS worker screening clearance.
