We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Support Agent to join our dynamic 4x4 team in Box Hill, VIC on a Full-Time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Answering incoming 4x4 customer inquiries via phone and email/online.

• Supporting the 4x4 Sales and Product teams with day-to-day administrative requirements.

• Processing orders for multiple divisions of the business including Adventure Industries & CalOffroad.

• Managing suspension technical inquiries via CalOffroad

• Supporting management of Warranty and refund inquiries

• Supporting Saber ordering and phone call inquiries

• Specific tasks associated with this role may change from time to time as Company requirements change

What you will bring:

• Automotive experience & knowledge

• Suspension knowledge & understanding (preferred)

• Customer Service phone experience

• Pronto user experience

• Neto system user experience preferred

• A positive 'can-do' attitude with a team first mentality

• Willingness to work in a flexible environment whilst operating in a daylight savings time roster
