MSP | Ryde | $95k-$120k plus super

We are partnering with a well established, growing, MSP based in Ryde is looking for a solid Level 3 Engineer to join a collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling L2/L3 escalations across infrastructure, cloud, and networking

• Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy administration

• Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup/DR (Datto, ShadowProtect)

• Networking support - routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN

• Some involvement in project work including migrations and deployments

• Helping lift the capability of junior engineers around you

What you'll bring:

• 4–6+ years in an MSP environment - essential

• Comfortable working across multiple clients and environments

• Strong Microsoft stack across M365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune

• Solid networking fundamentals

• Experience with security tools (Defender, Huntress well regarded)

• PowerShell a bonus
