Dental Receptionist

We're seeking a Dental Receptionist who has a passion for their work and being part of a high performing team to work at our Orthodontic clinics located in Lane Cove and Hunters Hill. Our practices are always innovating in a positive way that supports our patients and team members. 

Occasional travel for team building and community activities may be required.

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience in customer service or reception roles preferred.

• Full training provided.

Tasks & responsibilities

• a variety of reception duties at our highly regarded specialist orthodontic practice offering patients a high quality service and experience. Tasks include welcoming patients on arrival, making appointments, responding to enquiries, processing treatment fees and working with patient records.
