Accommodation Manager – Premium Student Living

Lead a premium student accommodation community with the scope, ownership, and influence of a General Manager role. We’re seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to take ownership of a purpose-built, premium student accommodation community in Sydney.

This role offers the scope and accountability of a General Manager position within a premium student accommodation asset. You will lead performance, people, and operations while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You’ll also play a key role in championing resident wellbeing and pastoral care, creating a safe, inclusive, and connected student community.

As Accommodation Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the asset, balancing occupancy and financial performance with resident satisfaction, wellbeing, and community engagement.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall asset performance

• Drive occupancy, leasing, and revenue outcomes

• Build and lead a high-performing onsite team

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience end-to-end

• Manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance

• Oversee facilities, compliance, and presentation

• Champion resident wellbeing and pastoral care initiatives

• Deliver engaging community and resident life programs

About You

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Residence Manager, or similar leadership role

• Experience within PBSA, hospitality, build-to-rent, residential living

• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, or financial performance metrics will be added advantage

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and ability to lead and coach.

• Passion for customer experience and community building
