Maddington Hyundai & Isuzu UTE is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to support our busy and growing Service Department.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help lead a high-performing team while ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the Service Department
• Support and mentor Service Advisors and workshop staff
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Monitor workflow and workshop efficiency to maximise productivity
• Ensure service processes comply with manufacturer standards
• Assist in achieving departmental targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability
• Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and vehicle handovers

• Previous experience in a dealership service environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven commitment to exceptional customer service
• Sound understanding of automotive service operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Experience with dealer management systems will be highly regarded
