Customer Service Representative

ACO, a global leader with strong foundations has a global presence in over 40 countries on four continents. We are market leaders in the area of surface water management, utility cablepit enclosures and building drainage products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our QLD Sales team based at Park Ridge,QLD.

Training will be provided in our Banyo facility and travel allowances paid during the training period.

Key Responsibilities: 

• You will be required to assist customers with order bookings

• Liaise with customers with their queries and product information.

• Liaise with other departments for orders and credits

• Provide a range of administrative and support services

What we are looking for:

• A punctual, positive and efficient individual

• Comfortable working in an agile and time critical environment

• Accurate data entry skills

• Excellent time management.

• Results oriented with a focus on providing great customer service.

• Experience with MS Office is essential.

• Experience with Pronto is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the sales environment or the construction industry is advantageous, but not essential.
