This is a pivotal position within our business, providing essential administrative and customer service support to our field operations team. You will be at the heart of ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to phone and email enquiries from clients, field technicians and suppliers

• Assisting with daily scheduling, job allocation and workflow coordination

• Following up with clients and subcontractors to ensure deadlines and commitments are met

• Processing invoices and accurate data entry into internal systems

• Supporting the smooth and productive day-to-day running of the office
