About the role
Are you highly organised, people-focused and looking to build your career in People & Culture? The Property Council of Australia is looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to provide practical, high-quality coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting our Learning team with program coordination and learner administration.
In this varied part-time role, you’ll support a wide range of People & Culture activities, from recruitment administration, onboarding, employee changes and offboarding through to inbox management, HR systems updates, reporting support and team coordination. You’ll also help keep our Sydney office running smoothly by providing onsite office coordination and support.
You’ll bring 2–3 years’ experience in a corporate coordination, administration, team support or people-related role, with a genuine interest in People & Culture and employee experience. You’re organised, detail-oriented and confident juggling competing priorities, while maintaining discretion with sensitive information. You communicate clearly, build strong working relationships and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes.
Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office and general business systems will be highly regarded, and exposure to learning management systems would be an advantage.
At the Property Council of Australia, you’ll be part of a collaborative national team that champions Australia’s largest industry and helps shape the future of our cities and communities. This is a great opportunity to develop your People & Culture capability in a supportive, fast-moving environment where your organisation, initiative and care for the employee experience will make a real impact.
If you’re looking for a varied coordination role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
