Front of House Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team for a large-scale event in Canberra.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, working in a busy service environment and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and management team to deliver a high standard of food, coffee and customer service throughout the event.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day FOH operation, including:

• Leading, training and supporting the FOH team

• Managing rosters and staffing requirements

• Keeping service running smoothly during busy periods

• Maintaining coffee and customer service standards

• Working closely with the kitchen and management team

• Managing FOH setup, pack-down, cleanliness and presentation

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

• Previous Front of House Management experience, ideally in events or high-volume hospitality

• Experience leading and managing a team

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Barista experience and confidence working during busy service

• A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in when needed

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Current NSW RSA (essential)

• Your own licence and transport is preferred
