About the role

Lead Educator at Seedlings & Co. Bellbird Park. We believe childhood is sacred, slow and barefoot. We're looking for an educator who sees learning invitations in everyday objects, builds warm relationships, is confident with the EYLF and NQF, adapts to the learning needs of every child, listens deeply, brings their own spark to the team, and shares knowledge freely while remaining curious.

Key responsibilities

• See a tree stump and think invitation

• Hoard loose parts like treasure

• Build relationships warm enough to grow in

• Be confident with the EYLF and NQF, and document with strength

• Adapt to the learning needs of every child, so each one belongs and is stretched

• Listen hard enough to hear what children haven't said yet

• Bring your own spark and lift the team's, too

• Share what you know freely, and remain curious enough to be taught

About you

• Cert III qualified educator

• Diploma qualified educator

• Self-motivated and don't wait to be asked

• Still hungry to learn

• Generous enough to teach

• Ready to invest in your why

• Confident with the EYLF and NQF
