At The Business Builders (thebusinessbuilders.com), we give 60 entrepreneurs a year a running start - fully operational Shopify stores already generating $1,000/day, then coach them for 4 months to scale past $100k/month. We're a results-first team and we're growing fast.

We are growing fast and looking for a high-performance Ecommerce Coach who has already done this at a high level.

This Role Is Not For Everyone

If your experience is:

• Managing small ad accounts

• Running low spend campaigns

• Consuming content without real execution

• Or “understanding” Meta ads without having scaled a brand

This role is not for you.

We are looking for someone who has personally been responsible for revenue growth in a DTC eCommerce business.

About the Role

You will work directly with our clients to help them scale their stores through better creative, clearer decision-making, and consistent execution.

We build and launch the stores.
You ensure they scale.

This is a combination of:

• Creative strategy coaching

• Performance-based decision making

• Client leadership and accountability

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Creative & Performance Coaching

• Review ad creatives and give direct, actionable feedback

• Identify what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next

• Coach clients on producing high-converting UGC and static ads

• Ensure consistent creative output (5–7 creatives per week per product)

• Run live workshops weekly + 1:1 coaching calls

Client Coaching & Accountability

• Lead onboarding, coaching, and results calls

• Keep clients focused on execution and performance

• Challenge poor decisions and redirect quickly

• Provide clear guidance via Message and Loom

Client Journey Ownership

• Own the client experience from launch through to scaling

• Guide clients through key growth stages, including:

  • Scaling expectations

  • Transition to inventory

  • Basic 3PL setup

• Remove bottlenecks and maintain momentum
  

About You

You’ve done this before - at a level that matters.

• You have proven results scaling a DTC eCommerce brand using Meta ads

• You understand creative performance deeply (hooks, angles, fatigue, iteration)

• You can quickly diagnose what’s holding performance back

• You know how to move from testing → scaling → consistent revenue

• You communicate clearly, confidently, and directly

• You hold people accountable and don’t avoid difficult conversations

• You take ownership and move fast

Proof is required. If you cannot clearly show results, this role is not a fit.
