You will be a skilled coordinator of property marketing and customer relationships, with a strong understanding of database management, client nurturing, and portfolio growth. Qualifications & experience

• An Agent Representative Certificate

• Full time availability

• Your own car and drivers license

1. Assistant Property Manager - Tasks & responsibilities

• Professional management of the portfolio

• Assisting with lease renewals, option renewals and rent reviews 

• Assisting Following up rent arrears

• Assisting with managing maintenance

• Assisting Routine Inspections

• Co-ordinating property repairs and maintenance

• Correspondence between owners and tenants

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Administration work

1. Property Manager – Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property portfolio

• Managing and monitoring rental team

• Prepare and control budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

• Monitor income, expenses, arrears, and cash flow

• Act as main contact for owners, clients, and key stakeholders

• Manage tenant relationships, leases, renewals, and rent reviews

• Ensure lease compliance and resolve disputes or escalations

• Oversee maintenance, contractors, and service providers

• Manage capital works and improvement projects

• Ensure legal, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Conduct property inspections and risk assessments

• Lead, mentor, and manage property management staff

• Set team objectives and monitor performance

• Prepare and present client and management reports

• Identify cost savings and performance improvements

• Maintain high standards of asset presentation and value
