About the Role

The Product Support role plays a key role in delivering and supporting the CDFpay app for schools and CDFPay for Parishes. The role is the key conduit between internal stakeholders, clients and our product partner Flexischools to resolve issues, execute billing and provide proactive client support. The growth of CDFpay is critical for CDF to be able to build better connections with its clients and support Catholic communities.

This role provides Level 1 and Level 2 support through email, phone, and occasional onsite visits and is accountable for delivering on the CDFpay Products growth strategy and growing market share through providing a great client experience and identifying client leads.

The role also supports broader CDF product base, including cross‑training into other product including cards, term investments and loans. The successful candidate must be hands on and ready to learn about CDF, its clients and products to provide great customer service across our products business.

This position is offered as a 12‑month contract.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the Senior Product Development Manager with client support and administration of CDFPay products
• Work with the Products team to improve product delivery and support.
• Provide on-road technical support to CDF clients, including hardware and software support.
• Training of school staff on CDF Products and underlying technologies.
• Identify and develop product development initiatives.
• Work with product vendors and suppliers to make sure that the CDFpay products meet the needs of those clients who have CDFpay and prospective clients.
• Follow up product development with product vendors, escalate issues as necessary.
• Aid in project management with clients especially Colleges as required.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for other CDFpay products and initiatives.
• Act as the main contact for complaints, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Support the Corporate Card product team when required.
• Work with process transformation team on process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Relevant undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in IT or Product;
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrated project management skills;
• Quick learner;
• Ability to learn quickly and upskill into broader product support roles.
