Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting branch performance, and creating a positive team culture. Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while supporting the team to achieve outstanding results. You will:

• Support the delivery of sales, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Lead by example and provide day-to-day guidance to the branch team.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Assist with inventory, warehouse, and branch operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help coach, develop, and motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Step into the Business Manager role when required and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the branch.

What you'll bring

• Leadership or supervisory experience within retail, trade, wholesale, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
• A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
