About this Position:
Join us in delivering exceptional service at the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre (GSAC) and Lismore Memorial Baths (LMB). We provide excellent service to our patrons and take pride in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join our team as Duty Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, day and evening shifts, from Monday through Sunday.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and safe day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, delivering excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting staff through training and ongoing professional development. You will also assist both the Operations Manager and the Leisure Facilities Manager with various operational duties.

Part-time: 30 hours per week
Salary: A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicants commensurate with their relevant skills and experience.

Conditions of Employment: Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Lismore City Council, Goonellabah Sports and Aquatics Centre and Lismore Memorial Baths Enterprise Agreement 2015 (EA) and relevant Council policies and procedures.
