Roller Operator / Civil Labourer

We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator / Civil Labourer to join a project from start to completion in Ningi.

The project will involve bulk earthworks, drainage and roadworks, with the successful candidate operating a roller while also assisting with spotting, directing trucks and general civil labouring duties as required.

Requirements for this position

• Roller ticket and proven experience operating on civil projects
• Construction White Card
• Comfortable spotting and directing trucks
• Willing to perform general civil labouring and site duties
• Reliable transport
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Pay details and conditions

• $38.50/hr + Penalties
• Meal and Travel Allowances paid in line with Award
• 3–4 months of work 
• Potential for ongoing opportunities for the right candidate
• Can pay PAYG or ABN
• Super paid for ABN workers – No Sham Contracting
