Pharmacy Assistant(s) – Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual

Carine Community Pharmacy is growing, and we're looking for experienced Pharmacy Assistant(s) to join our friendly, locally owned, community-focused team.

We're currently looking to fill a range of permanent and casual opportunities, and are particularly interested in:

• Full-time or close-to-full-time hours, primarily across weekdays

• Part-time/casual hours of approximately 10–15 hours per week, including weeknight and weekend availability

We're flexible and happy to tailor hours and shifts around the right candidate(s).

About the role

Our Pharmacy Assistants play an important role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service

• Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries

• Supporting pharmacists and the dispensary team with daily pharmacy operations

• Processing sales and assisting with front-of-shop operations

• Stock replenishment, gap checking and expiry management

• Merchandising and maintaining excellent store presentation

• Assisting with general retail and inventory tasks

• Helping create a welcoming, organised and customer-focused pharmacy

About you

• Previous experience working in a community pharmacy

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Confidence assisting with Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines

• S2/S3 experience highly regarded

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

• Reliable, dependable and able to work in a busy environment
