Lead Educator

We are seeking passionate Passionate Lead Early childhood educators for positions located in our Centres located in the Northern SuburbsThis position will see the right candidate leading a small team of educators in a room. Reporting to the Nominated Supervisor. Experience in a similar role is essentialSuccessful applicant must have:MUST Hold a completed Diploma in Childrens Services and have had experience in similar role. (12 months minimum at least)Be confident dealing with parents and families on a day to day basisA strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF is essentialConfident with planning and programming.Experience in leading and supporting staff.
