Customer Service Officer - Collections Unsecured Loans

We are seeking reliable, mature, trustworthy and ambitious individuals to join our team. Previous experience in a similar role will be an added bonus, however, training will be provided.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Maintenance of files

• Telephone collections of overdue unsecured loan accounts

• Negotiating payment arrangements for customers

• Resolving any customer queries 

• Meeting team monthly targets

• Skip tracing

The ideal candidate required will need:

• Target driven

• Previous collections experience is essential – experience on unsecured debt highly desirable

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Strong work ethic, organisational & time management skills and a professional manner

• The ability to work within a team as well as autonomously

• Critical thinking skills

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both oral and written)

• Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Must be available to work

Monday to Friday

8.45am - 5pm
