RAFI, URBNSURF by Applejack Hospitality is on the lookout for a new Assistant Venue Manager to join our family in Sydney Olympic Park.

Located within Sydney Olympic Park, RAFI URBNSURF offers a unique space within Sydney's first ever surf park. Blending the opulence of a hatted restaurant with the laid back vibes of a coastal beach town. You will have the opportunity to work across incredible events, share a unique culinary journey with guests or grab a coffee and watch the surf!

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will...

Lead the day-to-day operations of the venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive until we welcome them back again.Inspire, coach and develop a passionate front-of-house team, creating a positive culture where people can thrive and do their best work.Champion Applejack's service standards while confidently implementing venue procedures and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.Bring fresh ideas to the table, collaborating with the leadership team to enhance the guest journey and drive success.Celebrate wins, provide regular coaching and help every team member reach their full potential through genuine development opportunities.
