Your Role:

As a Crew Member, you’ll handle various tasks around the restaurant, from preparing food to taking orders and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. If you’re energetic, reliable and ready to learn, this role offers you the chance to be part of Wendy’s exciting growth journey in Australia.

What You'll Do:

• Teamwork & Preparation – Get your station ready for opening, closing and rush times to keep the flow going smoothly.
• Quality Service – Work alongside the restaurant team to deliver high-quality food and service, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
• Versatility – Take on various roles like food prep, order-taking, drive-thru, and cashiering, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
• Safety & Cleanliness – Maintain food safety, work health safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout your shift.
• Customer Interaction – Engage positively with customers, providing fast, friendly and helpful service.
• Support the Manager – Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Manager.

What You'll Bring:

• Friendly and reliable with strong communication skills to create positive experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to different roles as needed.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the role (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods).
• Willing to learn and follow company standards for quality, service, and safety.
• Have reliable access to your own vehicle for commuting to and from work.
• Full working rights in Australia are preferred.
