The Spiffi Difference

Many cleaning companies talk about "flexible work," but what they often mean is contract work with no guaranteed hours, no superannuation, no paid training, and little to no opportunity for career growth.

At Spiffi Cleaning, you're a real employee. You're paid throughout your training, for your work in client homes/workspaces, and for your travel between jobs. Superannuation and allowances are included. Pay runs every Monday. Super is paid quarterly.

Pay & Conditions

• Starting trainee wage: $35/hr

• 12% superannuation contributions

• 96c per km travelled between cleans

• Fully paid trial and training period

• Clear, achievable pay raises as you progress

• We provide all cleaning products, equipment, and insurance

What We're Looking For

• Your own car and a valid Australian driver's licence

• A police check dated within the last 12 months

• A smartphone (iOS/Android) to use our cleaning app and training platform

• Minimum 2 days availability, Monday–Friday - the more availability, the better

• Able to work during school holidays

• Someone people can always rely on - known among friends and family as the dependable one.

• Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients

• Willingness to complete paid training (length depends on your experience level)
