About the role
About the Role:
The Board and Administration Support Officer works with the Dog and Cat Management Board and the Dog and Cat Management Unit to provide an efficient, effective and high-quality secretarial and administrative support service.
Key duties include providing quality customer service functions,
providing accurate information and advice to management, customers
and key stakeholders regarding dog and cat management matters,
policy and legislation, undertaking of records management for the
Dog and Cat Management Board, research projects, supporting finance
and contract management, and general administrative tasks.

Special Conditions:
A successful applicant who is not currently employed by the Department will need to have an original photo identification document sighted, and to provide a valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) issued within the last 12 months, before a recommendation for employment can be made. Shortlisted candidates may have their identity document sighted at interview.
Remuneration: ASO3 - $74,095 min - $78,694 max p.a., pro rata for part time hours.
