Accounts Officer / Accounts Payable Officer
Due to continued growth, we currently have two opportunities available within our Finance team:Accounts Officer (Part-Time, 7-Month Fixed Term Contract) with potential for extensionAccounts Payable Officer (Full-Time, Permanent)
About the RoleThese roles play a key part in supporting the efficient operation of our finance function within a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions and supporting strong financial controls across the business.
Working closely with the AP & AR Manager, you will assist with:End-to-end accounts payable processingAccounts receivable support and customer account managementSupplier and customer query resolutionAccount reconciliations and investigation of discrepanciesIntercompany transactions and reconciliationsMonth-end close activitiesMaintaining accurate financial records and reportingSupporting cash flow management and collection activitiesEnsuring compliance with company policies and financial proceduresIdentifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance support roleStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent problem-solving and reconciliation skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
