Calma is recruiting for a Spa + Retail Manager to lead and support our exceptional team of therapists in a fast-paced front-of-house role.

The spa + retail manager role is ideal for an experienced supervisor or manager wanting to share their industry knowledge & experience and support our therapists to thrive.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, learning and development plus a successful working history as a beauty/dermal/massage therapist OR as a retail manager (who is passionate about spa + wellness!)

What your week will look like:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the day for all customers, therapists & wellness practitioners

• Loving working with a team + supporting them to shine!

• Managing rostering and HR

• Implementing team meetings, training + development

• Co-ordinating all therapists and practitioners with grace, understanding and accountability

• Maintaining 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business

• Engaging the team to create social media content

• Excelling at client rapport + multi-tasking with a smile

• Pro-actively improving and growing the business in conjunction with the leadership team

• Taking ownership of the role with creativity and passion

• Working confidently + independently with a growth mindset

• Excelling at admin + systems, including word, excel + CRMs

• Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education

• Updating, implementing and documenting processes and policies

• Managing stocktakes, stock movement and reporting

• Most importantly… creating a happy and collaborative work environment for all

Hours:

• Calma is open Monday to Saturday (no Sundays or public holidays)

• Flexible work arrangements available

Location: Armadale, VIC. Close to public transport (tram & train). Free parking.
