What you’ll be doing
Based in Kwinana, this role requires regular travel to project and client sites across Western Australia, including FIFO assignments as operationally required. This position is best suited to someone who enjoys working in dynamic project environments, can operate independently, and is comfortable adapting to varying site requirements and schedules.
Provide practical HSE advice and support across multiple construction, mining and industrial projects.
Maintain HSQE systems, documentation and compliance requirements.
Assist with incident investigations, audits, reporting and corrective actions.
Develop safe work procedures, project HSE plans and mobilisation requirements.
Coordinate training, inductions and competency records.
Build effective relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture.
What you’ll bring
Experience in an HSE/WHS role within construction, mining, industrial or contracting environments.
Sound understanding of WA WHS legislation and its practical application.
Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and provide practical safety advice.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with incident investigations, audits and compliance activities.
Exposure to mining clients and contractor management environments will be highly regarded.
Relevant WHS qualifications (or working towards).
Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake regular WA site travel, including FIFO work as required.
