As a Senior Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients and families while contributing to high-quality care across the health service. From managing complex clinical situations to strengthening service delivery, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes that make a real difference.

• Delivering expert social work support that improves patient outcomes and experiences.
• Partnering with patients, families and healthcare teams to coordinate effective, person-centred care.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Demonstrated experience delivering advanced social work services in complex clinical settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications related to social work and/or experience leading service development and quality improvement activities.
