About usCooper & Co. makes furniture and homewares for the way Australians really live. Considered design for real homes, real budgets and real life. We’ve been designing and delivering to Australian homes since 2020, with an obsession for getting the details right and a belief that good design should be within reach. Our range spans furniture, lighting, mirrors and storage, all edited so the pieces work together.Social is where a lot of people meet us for the first time, and we’re looking for someone to build that side of the brand. Both in front of the camera and behind it.
The roleYou’ll be a recurring face for Cooper & Co. on TikTok and Instagram, and the person who makes the content happen end to end. Ideas, filming, editing, posting. You’ll be based at our Heatherton showroom and warehouse with the full range on hand to shoot, working alongside our ecommerce and marketing teams and our digital agency.
What you’ll be doingAppearing on camera as a recurring face for the brand across TikTok and InstagramPitching original content ideas and helping shape a rolling content calendarFilming in-house across our photography studio, showroom, warehouse and styled setsEditing short-form video in CapCut, including captions, sound and pacingDesigning supporting graphics, carousels and static assets in CanvaTracking trends, sounds and formats, and turning content around quicklyLining content up with what our ecommerce and marketing teams are promotingBuilding a library of product and lifestyle content the wider team can use
What we’re looking forComfortable and confident on camera, and happy to be a recurring face for the brandStrong creative ideation, with the confidence to pitch original content rather than wait for a briefAble to film and edit content in-house, end to endHands-on editing experience in CapCutDesign experience in CanvaA strong understanding of TikTok: hooks, trends and how the algorithm rewards contentA strong understanding of Instagram, including hooks, Reels and carouselsAn eye for styling and detail, so content looks like our brand (homewares experience a plus)
