The Assistant Service Director, Charleville Western Queensland, is responsible for explicit portfolio content with a focus on leadership, operational management and clinical and corporate governance, including education and research. The Assistant Service Director position will apply operational leadership and principles of clinical governance to operationalise the operational and strategic goals of the organisation that support a work-based culture of learning and workforce development.
