Job Description

The Administrative Associate will support the Administration Department by managing procurement activities and coordinating corporate travel arrangements. Key responsibilities include handling the purchasing process from request to delivery, managing supplier relationships, organizing business travel (flights, accommodation, and ground transportation) for technicians and sales area managers, maintaining accurate records and databases, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient administrative operations.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in administration, purchasing, or travel coordination is preferred; Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping experience are an advantage; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities; High level of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
