This is an excellent opportunity for a VR GP or AGPT Registrar to join a long-established practice in Quakers Hill, approximately 40 km from the Sydney CBD.
Located in Quakers Hill (2763), this purpose-built medical centre has been a leading provider of primary care and health services to Quakers Hill and the surrounding north-western suburbs for nearly two decades.
The clinical team includes six GPs working a mix of full-time and part-time hours, supported by a dedicated nursing team and visiting specialists including a geriatrician, paediatrician and general surgeon.
The practice forms part of a larger health hub, with dental, pharmacy and allied health services onsite, as well as a large car park and good transport links.
Greater Western Sydney is one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing regions, with a large and diverse population that creates strong demand for high-quality general practice services.
With increasing patient demand and a broad mix of clinical presentations, the practice is seeking a VR GP or AGPT Registrar to complement its experienced clinical team.
Predominantly bulk billing, with gap payments for procedures and wound care, this role offers excellent earning potential, a generous guarantee, full autonomy and the opportunity to sub-specialise within a supportive, collegiate environment.
Essential requirements:
Specialist registration with AHPRA and Fellowship with RACGP, ACRRM or FRNZCGP, or current AGPT Registrar status
Medicare claiming privileges
A commitment to working in a collegiate, patient-focused environment
Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
Benefits:
Excellent earning potential with competitive rates and a generous guarantee
Flexible roster options, including Saturday availability
Full clinical autonomy with diverse presentations
Well-established systems and processes, including Best Practice software
Supportive nursing team, visiting specialists and onsite allied health services
DPA Academic Exemption or six-month Locum Service Exemption available for eligible VR GPs
