JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of tradespeople responsible for the installation of ATM machines across SA. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating people, resources, and schedules to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality installations for a range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience manage a team, trade qualifications and MR Truck License. experience with ATM and technology installation preferred but not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of 3 tradespeople conducting ATM and technology installations.

• Actively participate in installations, working on the tools alongside team members.

• Hire and train new staff to ensure team capability and consistency.

• Develop and manage staff rosters to meet project timelines and client needs.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing.

• Liaise closely with clients and project managers to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure expectations are met.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and safe work practices.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service are maintained across all jobs.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

• A trade qualification (electrical, mechanical, or related field preferred).

• A valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver’s licence.

• Proven experience leading teams in a field-based, trade or installation environment.

• Strong understanding of WHS regulations and a commitment to safety.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

• Experience installing equipment preferred but not required 

• Ability to check blueprint, repair manuals 

• Must have right to work in Australia

• Must be able to obtain police clearance
