Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain store presentation and refill stock

• Handle cash and EFT transactions accurately

• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the store

• Perform quality control checks

• Receive goods

• Process and manage customer orders efficiently

• Perform other duties as required to support the team

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

• Attention to detail and initiative

• Basic computer skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)

• Availability to work Saturdays (3 - 4.5 hours)

• Ability to work between both Salisbury and Parafield stores

• Willingness to travel between Salisbury and Parafield stores on an as-needed basis

• Previous retail or customer service experience (minimum 6 months preferred)

• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems

• Must have the right to work in Australia

• Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods

• Strong sales skills with ability to recommend products and up sell

Hours Of Work Will Be Between:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• Sunday: Closed
