The Role
We're looking for a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Structural Engineer with expertise in precast concrete to join our dynamic remote team. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
Support lifting design development, ensuring safety compliance.
Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation.
Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on precast concrete.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong understanding of concrete structure design principles and industry standards.
Experience with finite element analysis software and BIM concepts.
Ability to manage smaller projects independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts.
Self-motivated and experienced in remote work environments.

Requirements
