Alongside our quality meats were known for our busy onsite kitchen, producing a wide range of fresh, ready made meals and quick delicious lunch options that have made us a favourite among locals and tradies alike

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our friendly team. This is a face paced role where you'll be preparing high quality ready made meals and cooking fresh food to order for our customers. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen and take pride in producing great food we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience as a chef or cook in a fast paced kitchen

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining high food quality and presentation

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practises

• Reliable, hardworking and a team player with a positive attitude

• On the job training provided for the right candidate

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of fresh ready made meals

• Coo burgers and other menu items to order

• Assist with food preparation and stock rotation

• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen

• Follow food safety standards and company procedures
