Pantry & Larder is a well-established, HACCP/BRC-certified food manufacturer based in Marrickville. We produce a wide range of premium baked goods and healthy snacks for cafés, retailers, airlines and distributors across Australia.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Packers & All-Rounders to join our production team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in a variety of production tasks including:

• Packing and labelling products
• Preparing and assembling orders
• Assisting with food production
• Tray loading and unloading
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• General factory duties
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily production targets

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to work well both independently and within a team
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Committed to maintaining high food safety and quality standards

Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: $26.44 – $33.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
