Site Supervisor/Manager - Remedial

Dapcor is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

You will be supporting the Project Manager in managing the site, which includes delegating tasks to Labourers and Subcontractors along with completing the work yourself.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and oversee daily activities on site;

• Complete specialised remedial work to the highest standard possible;

• Plan and review the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis;

• Plan projects in advance, coordinating and preparing all material and sub-contractor scheduling in an efficient manner;

• Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed;

• Effectively utilise site resources in order to achieve completion of project within time frame

What you’ll bring:

• Trade qualification or relevant construction qualification

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager on remedial construction projects

• Outstanding communication skills;

• Demonstrated experience in WHS and compliance;

• You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
