About the role
Part-time | Field-based | South Australia
A genuine B2B sales and partnership-focused opportunity - not a call-centre role
Part-time, with the autonomy and support of a full professional role
Your sales performance directly helps people build careers, and strengthens aged care and disability services in your community
Since 2005, Warner Institute has helped people achieve real career outcomes through accredited training. Our Whole Person Learning Model recognises that everyone learns differently, ensuring students gain practical skills they can confidently apply in the workplace - improving aged care and disability services across Australia.
We operate with integrity and professionalism, guided by our values of commitment, transparency, teamwork, progressive thinking and successful partnerships.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our business in South Australia. This is a part-time, field-based role, requiring travel within South Australia (predominantly Adelaide and outer suburbs, and the South East).
You will build lasting corporate relationships while generating a pipeline of referrals and enrolments into our courses through a two-tiered sales approach - corporate partnerships and student engagement. You will be responsible for territory planning, pipeline management and achieving defined performance targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Develop and manage strong corporate relationships with employers in the Aged Care, Disability and Local Government sectors, and with Employment Service Providers such as Workforce Australia
Drive repeat corporate business to build a referral pipeline
Develop client proposals in collaboration with Management and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
Conduct compliant student information sessions so potential students can make informed enrolment decisions
Ensure compliance with the attraction and engagement requirements of all relevant regulatory bodies, including Skills SA and ASQA
You are a self-motivated and energetic sales professional who can demonstrate:
Proven B2B sales and account management experience
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
Highly developed communication and writing skills
Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders, from Head Office to Site Management to potential students
Strong organisational and strategic planning capability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services (highly regarded)
You will take ownership of your territory, work autonomously with confidence, and bring positive energy and initiative to everything you do.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as well as individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We value the unique perspectives, knowledge and experiences that diversity brings to our organisation, and are dedicated to creating a culturally safe and supportive workplace for all employees.
Applications are reviewed as they are received.
Please click Apply and submit your resume and a cover letter outlining why you'd be a great fit for the role.
