Position: Full-Time
Salary/Rate: As per Cleaning Services Award (Negotiable after trial period based on evidence of performance).

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform high-standard commercial cleaning across office spaces, common areas, and facilities.

• Conduct general yard maintenance to keep external grounds pristine.

• Operate equipment safely for outdoor care, including mowing and whipper snipping.

• Utilize pressure cleaners to wash down pathways, driveways, and building exteriors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven professional cleaning and grounds maintenance experience is essential.

• Equipment Skills: Practical experience operating lawnmowers, whipper snippers, and pressure cleaners safely.

• Checks: Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Licence: Valid manual driver's licence is required.

• Attributes: High honesty, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.

• Autonomy: Ability to work efficiently in a team or completely unsupervised.

• Alignment: Morals and values that align with our company expectations.
