In this full-time position, you will be responsible for consistently producing quality meals for the restaurant, room service and function events. Other duties include assisting with ordering, menu planning, stocktaking and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.

As the ideal candidate for this role you will possess the following skills:

-          Relevant trade qualifications in cookery + 4 years’ experience in a similar role

-          Good communication skills and be able to work individually and as part of a team

-          Attention for detail

-          Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace

-          Deliver high quality food presentation

-          Keep up to date with industry changes

-          Maintain stock control and rotation
