Location: Wahroonga Aged Care, Biloela, QLDEmployment Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeSalary: $42.19 - $50.03 Hourly Base Rate + Shift Penalties, Allowances + Super
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plansMonitoring resident health and evaluating care outcomesProviding complex nursing care, including wound management and chronic disease supportResponding to health concerns, acute deterioration and clinical emergenciesSupporting residents living with dementia through safe behavioural management practicesDelivering palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalismAdministering and managing medications in line with best practice guidelinesSupporting infection prevention and control initiativesLeading, mentoring and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal CarersMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and care recordsWorking collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
What You'll Bring:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseDegree or postgraduate qualification in NursingStrong clinical assessment and care planning skillsAbility to lead and support care teams in a residential aged care environmentStrong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growthSound computer literacy and clinical documentation skillsValid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
