Graphic Designer - Hospitality & Venues

Laundy Hotels is a family-owned hospitality group operating some of Australia’s most iconic pubs, bars and restaurants. Our venues are community-driven spaces where great food, drinks, entertainment and experiences come together.

About the Role
Our marketing team works across a diverse portfolio of venues -  from coastal pubs and nightlife destinations to premium dining and gaming venues. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring these brands to life across digital and in-venue touchpoints.

This is a fast-paced hospitality environment where no two days look the same - from event posters and social media graphics to menus, signage and large-scale campaign rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Design

• Design artwork for marketing campaigns across multiple venues
• Create digital assets for social media, websites and digital screens
• Develop promotional artwork for events, DJs, activations and seasonal campaigns

Venue Collateral

• Design menus, table talkers, posters and in-venue signage
• Develop point-of-sale materials including bar cards, coasters and promotional displays
• Support venue rebrands and design rollouts

Brand Consistency

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all Laundy venues
• Work within existing brand guidelines while adapting designs to suit different venues
• Ensure all artwork aligns with the tone and positioning of each venue

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver campaign assets
• Collaborate with content creators and digital team for social and web assets
• Support venue teams with design requests where required

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience in graphic design (agency, hospitality or in-house marketing team)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience creating assets for both digital and print
• Ability to work across multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Understanding of social media formats and digital design best practice

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in hospitality, nightlife or entertainment marketing
• Motion graphics or basic video editing
• Experience preparing artwork for print production
