About You

To be considered for this position, you will:

• Hold an ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification; OR

• Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and be actively working towards an approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification

You will also require:

• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) prior to commencing

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care

• Ability to work a rotational roster between 8:00am and 5:30pm
