Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our workshop team.

Your New Opportunity

As a Boilermaker / Fabricator, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet and plant equipment to ensure it remains reliable and available for operations.

Working as part of our workshop team, you will carry out fabrication, welding and repair work across a variety of heavy machinery and equipment. This role suits someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Medium to heavy fabrication of plant components, machinery and structural steel

• Welding, repairs and maintenance of machinery and fixed plant

• Arc-air gouging of major components

• Flux-core welding repairs on mobile equipment

• Refurbishment and rebuild of loader and excavator buckets, truck trays, excavator booms and sticks

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

The Role

• $40–$50 per hour + penalties + super

• Permanent full-time position

• 50+ hour work week

• Company field service vehicle and tooling supplied - must have MR/LR licence

• Work with a large fleet of civil, quarry and transport equipment

About You

• Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator

• Strong welding skills (Stick & MIG essential, TIG desirable)

• Experience working on heavy plant or quarry equipment (desirable)

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

• MR driver’s licence and White Card

• Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets advantageous

• Willing to work remotely if required
