Nursing - RNs and ENs for Home Care

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide professional and compassionate nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes. 
• Demonstrate competency in catheter care when required. 
• Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to clients. 
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided. 

Requirements: 

• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA. 
• Competency in catheter care (ideal, but not mandatory). 
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. 
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a community and home care setting. 

Additional Information: 

Job Type: Casual Contract positions available. 

Availability: Flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. 

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
