About the Role

We are seeking a Wide Format Digital Printer with experience working in a manufacturing environment to work:

• Day shift, 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday, or

• Afternoon Shift - 1:45pm – 11:45pm Monday –Thursday (attracts 20% shift loading)

This role requires strong skills in organisation, time management and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to review your own work for colour and content approval with the ability to work autonomously to a degree. You will be responsible for following a schedule, printing on various substrates using UV and Latex devices. You will also be responsible for monitoring quality as the work is produced.

Reporting to the Production Manager Print, the role requires you to liaise closely with your line manager and the Print Team, to ensure timely and accurate communication and service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Wide format digital print operation

• Operating digital UV inkjet and Latex printing machines

• Consistently maintaining high standards of quality control and productivity

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Ad hoc duties as required by the business

About you:

• Proven track record in a similar role within the industry

• Sound knowledge of RIP platforms including Durst and/or ONYX

• Experience in the safe handling of wide format substrates and materials

• Willing to work overtime as and when required

• Solid time management and organisational skills 

• Comfortable working in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and have a "can do" attitude

• Ability to work effectively on your own

• Have a keen eye for detail
