About the role
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Creative Manager, Marketing team and Product Group Managers to design and produce engaging print and digital marketing materials, create artwork for brochures, catalogues, flyers, signage, advertisements, presentations and web content, and support broader marketing and brand initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Design and produce engaging print and digital marketing materials
Create artwork for brochures, catalogues, flyers, signage, advertisements, presentations and web content
Assist with image creation, product photography and videography projects
Develop technical line drawings, charts, graphs and illustrations
Adapt creative concepts across multiple marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency
Prepare accurate print-ready artwork and digital production files
Maintain and update artwork within our central image and asset library
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions
Review and refine layouts, ensuring quality, accuracy and attention to detail
Liaise with suppliers and provide artwork specifications for print production
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in a graphic design role
A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print and digital design work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
Experience creating print-ready and digital production files
Knowledge of Premiere Pro and video editing tools will be highly regarded
Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The confidence to work independently while thriving in a team environment
